REINZ reported property sales for December allow us to share a round up on the 2010 year for Wanaka and draw a direct comparison to the previous 12-months in 2009. January sales by way of volume historically trend lower than December which came to fruition. Overall January’s sales data conjures up a multitude of adjectives.
